Overview
In this article, you'll learn how to edit a drafted program in Gloo Impactβ€”including the Overview, Milestones, and Application sections. Drafted programs are not yet live, so they’re the perfect place to make updates before publishing.

πŸ” Step 1: Log In to Gloo Impact

  1. Log in using your credentials.

  2. You’ll land on your Organization Dashboard, where you can view participant data and manage your programs.

πŸ“‚ Step 2: Navigate to Drafted Programs

  1. From the top menu, click Programs.

  2. From the left menu of the Programs page, switch to the Drafts tab.

  3. Click on the drafted program you want to edit.

πŸ’‘ Drafts include both new programs you've started and previously published programs that are currently being edited but not yet re-published.

✏️ Editing the Program Sections

Once inside a drafted program, you’ll see three main editable sections on the left menu:

  • Overview

  • Milestones

  • Application

Each section has its own tab at the top of the screen.

πŸ–ΌοΈ Step 3: Edit the Overview

The Overview section provides key information about your program that participants will see.

You can edit:

  • Program Title

  • Tagline – A short one-liner that captures the heart of your program.

  • Cover Image – Click to upload or replace the image shown to participants.

  • Program Description – Explain the purpose and benefits of your program.

  • Who Should Apply – Define your intended audience.

  • What to Expect – Provide insight into the program experience.

  • Tags – Add keywords to help categorize and match your program.

Make your edits, and click Save Draft to retain your changes.

🧩 Step 4: Edit Milestones

Milestones represent important steps in your program. You can modify existing ones or add new milestones.

For each milestone, you can:

  • Choose a Milestone Type (e.g., event, goal, form submission)

  • Enter a Title and Description

  • Fill in milestone-specific details (varies by type)

  • Assign a Verifier – Who confirms the milestone is complete

  • Set a Price – Amount your organization receives upon completion

To add a new milestone, click the βž• plus sign at the top.

You can also:

  • Reorder milestones

  • Delete milestones

  • Duplicate a milestone to reuse structure and content

Click Save Draft when you’re done editing.

πŸ“ Step 5: Edit the Application

The Application section lets you build a form that participants complete to apply for your program.

Question types available:

  • Short Text – One-line responses

  • Paragraph – Longer written answers

  • Multiple Choice – Single-select options

  • Checkboxes – Multi-select options

  • Dropdown – Compact single-select

  • External Link – Use if your application is hosted elsewhere

To edit:

  1. Click on the Application tab.

  2. Add new questions or edit existing ones.

  3. Use the drag-and-drop interface to reorder questions.

  4. Click the trash icon to remove a question.

πŸ› οΈ Tip: Make sure to collect only the information you really need to keep applications simple and inviting.

Click Save Draft after making updates.

πŸš€ Step 6: Save or Publish Your Changes

At any time, you can:

  • Save Draft – Keep your progress without making it live

  • Discard – Remove recent edits

  • Publish – Make the entire program visible and usable for participants

⚠️ Be sure to review all three sections (Overview, Milestones, Application) before publishing your program.

βœ… What's Next?

After editing your drafted program:

  • Test the participant experience by clicking the Test button at the bottom of the editor.

  • Confirm everything looks right before going live.
