Gloo Impact Platform Walkthrough for Champ Orgs

This guide provides a full walkthrough of the Gloo Impact platform for champion organizations—nonprofits and community organizations that deliver impactful programs funded through Gloo. Whether you're just getting started or looking to manage existing participants and programs more effectively, this guide covers the essentials.


🚀 Home Dashboard: Participant Overview

When you log in, you’ll land on your Dashboard, where you’ll see your active participants and program data.

Column

Description

Participant Name

The client's name (demo data may be scrambled).

Program Name

The program they’re enrolled in.

Status

Current progress stage within the program.

Assigned Champion

Coach, teacher, or frontline leader working with them.

Milestone Progress

Tracks how far along they are in the program milestones.

Enrollment Type

Shows whether they self-enrolled or were added by a team member.

Last Active

When they last used the platform.

You can filter participants or review your assigned tasks using the controls at the top and right side of the screen.


📘 Programs Tab: Create, Edit, and Track Program Content

Go to the Programs tab to create and manage your organization's programs.

🛠 Creating a Program

Click Create Program to begin. You'll set up:

  • Overview: Name, tagline, cover photo, and target participant info.

  • Milestones: The measurable steps participants complete.

  • Application: The questions new applicants will fill out.

  • Test Mode: Preview the program from a participant’s perspective.

📌 Note: New programs are saved under Drafts until published. After publishing, they move to the Published tab.


🎯 Milestones: Track Progress and Trigger Funding

Milestones are critical to tracking real-world outcomes and unlocking funding.

Milestone Types Include:

  • Participant/Champion Survey

  • Meetings or Events

  • Online/Offline Activity

  • Reflections or Admin Tasks

  • Autocomplete (auto-tracked by integration)

Each milestone can include:

  • Title & Description

  • Verification Method (Participant, Champion, Admin, or Integration)

  • Payout Value (dollar amount released upon completion)


📝 Application Setup

Applications collect important participant info before program start.

Question Types Include:

  • Short Text / Paragraph

  • Multiple Choice / Dropdown

  • Checkboxes (Select all that apply)

  • External Link (Redirect to off-platform form)

Edit your application anytime by clicking Configure in the Application section of your program.


📊 Impact Dashboard: Measure Your Program’s Effectiveness

Once a program is published and running, click into it to see its Dashboard and Impact Dashboard.

Dashboard View

  • Applications received

  • Participants currently enrolled

  • Total payout to date

  • Waitlist count

  • Assigned champions

Impact Dashboard View

Shows how your program is creating change.

Includes:

  • Participant ratings & reviews

  • Attendance trends

  • Weekly data & AI insights

  • Pre/Post survey comparisons

  • Dimensions of human flourishing

  • Testimonials from short answers

  • Suggested areas for program improvement

Once your program is published, access these tabs for fine-tuning:

💵 Banking & Transfers

Only visible to org owners

Set up direct deposit via Plaid, then:

  • View available funds

  • Click Transfer Money to deposit into your bank

🧾 Organization Settings

Access this from your initials in the top-right corner and navigate to Settings.

Manage:

  • Org Profile & EIN

  • Team Members (Admin vs. Champion roles)

  • Forms (e.g., to apply to be a Champion)

  • Integrations (e.g., connect to Teachable or another LMS)

  • Organization Profile (Update public-facing info)

📌 Pro Tip: You can invite new team members and set their roles directly from this section.

  1. Set up your org profile in Settings.

  2. Create and publish your first program using the Programs tab.
