How to Add a Frontline Champion
Log in to Gloo Impact as a Champ Org Owner or Admin. Click on your initials in the top right corner, click Settings. Select Team on the left side panel then click Invite members.
For Choose a role, select Champion and enter the email address of the person you want to add. If you don’t need champions to fill out an application, check the box to allow invitees to skip the application form. If you do need champions to fill out an application, leave the box blank. Click Send invites. They’ll receive an email invite to set up their account, and you can track their invitation status from the Team Members list.
How to Assign a Frontline Champion
To assign a Champion, go to the Dashboard tab and browse through your Program Participants or filter by status and select Pending review.
Select the participant you'd like to assign to a frontline champion.
If the application needs approval, review the application and click either Reject or Approve & continue.
Select an eligible Champion or click Make champion eligible to update their status before selecting that Champion. After selecting an eligible Champion, click Assign & finish in the top right corner.
