Navigating Your Fund Dashboard

Learn how you can use your Fund Dashboard to learn about your Programs and make changes.

As a Sponsor Org Admin, your Fund Dashboard is where you can find all of the information about your Fund in Gloo Impact. From the Funds page, click any Fund to view more details about it.

On a Fund page, you can see the Fund’s visibility (Unlisted/Public) and your Auto Refill status. You can also click View fund page to see the public Fund page.

Fund Dashboard Overview

Your Fund Dashboard has seven main sections:

  • Dashboard: The Dashboard tab lets you view and complete your next steps and see an overview of your accounting, applications, and impact.

  • Application: The Application tab gives you an overview of submitted Applications and allows you to create and edit your Scholarship Application.

  • Surveys: The Surveys tab lets you configure Surveys (either by selecting a Survey from our library and creating a custom Survey) and review Survey responses.

  • Programs: The Programs tab shows an overview of the Programs in your Fund and participant reviews.

  • Accounting: The Banking tab gives you an overview of the money in your Fund and your transactions.

  • Team: The Team tab shows the Fund’s team members and pending invites and lets you invite Fund Managers.

  • Settings: The Settings tab gives you the ability to edit your Fund’s details.

Dashboard

Under Dashboard, you can see an overview of your Fund.

In Accounting, you can see the amount of money deposited to your Fund and the breakdown of that money, set up Auto Refill, and see your payments broken down by Program.

To set up Auto Refill, click Setup Auto Refill.

In Auto Refill Settings, type in your Refill amount, Threshold, and Maximum contribution limit. Make sure the Enable Auto Refill toggle is on, and click Save to finish setting up Auto Refill.

In Applications, you can view an overview of Scholarship Applications by status and Program. If you have any Applications Pending Approval, click Review Now to review them.

In Impact, you can see an overview of Survey completions, people served, and Program ratings and reviews. To view the results of Pre or Post Surveys, click View Results.

Application

Under Application, you can see all of the Applications for your Fund and can configure your Scholarship Application.

Submissions

Under Submissions, you can view the scholarship applications you’ve received. Applications can be filtered by Program or Status.

Configuration

Under Configuration, you can create, edit, and archive your Scholarship’s application.

Surveys

In Surveys, you can configure your Surveys and review Survey results.

Configuration

Under Configuration, you can set up your Pre and Post Surveys using either a survey from our library or a custom survey.

Click the radio button next to Choose a survey from our library to view available surveys. Each survey has a title, number of questions, and description. Click Show more to view the full survey description and click Preview to see the entire survey.

To create a custom survey, click Create a custom survey.

Click Create New Survey to view the Survey builder.

Add a Survey name and Display name, then click the + icon to add your first survey question. Type in your question, select the question type, and type in answer options, if applicable.

Click the + icon to add more questions until your Survey is complete. To preview your Survey, click Preview in the top right corner. When your Survey is complete, click Save and Publish.

Pre Survey Results

Under Pre Survey Results, you can see graphs of Pre Survey results by question. To view Survey results for a specific Program, click the dropdown to filter by Program.

If you haven’t received any Pre Survey responses yet, click Copy Fund Public Link to share your Fund.

Post Survey Results

Under Post Survey Results, you can see graphs of Post Survey results by question. To view Survey results for a specific Program, click the dropdown to filter by Program.

If you haven’t received any Post Survey responses yet, click Copy Fund Public Link to share your Fund.

Programs

In Programs, you can see an overview of the Programs in your Fund.

Selected Programs

Under Selected Programs, you can view all of the Programs that you’ve added to your Fund. You can see the Program name, status, and price and can pause/unpause, view the Program’s details, and remove the Program from your Fund.

Click Explore Programs to find more Programs to add to your Fund. For more information, see ​​Adding a Program to Your Fund.

Ratings & Reviews

Under Ratings & Reviews, you can see Participant reviews of the Programs in your Fund.

Accounting

In Accounting, you can see an overview of your Fund’s financial information, including banking and payments.

Banking

Under Banking, you view the amount of money deposited-to-date, view account statements, add money to your Fund, set up Auto Refill, and view and export transactions.

Payments

Under Payments, you can see all of the payments from your Fund for the Programs in it. This list can be filtered by status and shows the payment date, status, from, to, type, program, milestone, participant, verifier, status, and amount.

Team

In Team, you can view, edit, and add Fund Managers.

To add a Fund Manager, click Invite members, enter the Fund Managers’ email addresses, separated by commas, then click Send invites. After a Fund Manager has been invited, you can see all pending invites, resend invites, or remove Fund Managers in the Pending tab.

After a Fund Manager has accepted the invitation, you can see their name, role, and last active date in the Members tab.

Settings

In Settings, you can edit your Fund name, visibility, cover photo, mission, purpose, and audience.
