Before a Participant can begin a Program, they may need to complete a Program Application for the Champion Organization and a Scholarship Application for the Fund. As a Fund Manager, you will be able to create a Scholarship Application and either approve or reject submitted applications.

Creating a Scholarship Application

To create a Scholarship Application, click Application on the left-hand side of your Fund page then click Configuration and click Create application form to build your Application.

In the Application builder, type your question and optional description then select your question type. If multiple choice or checkbox is selected, type your response options. Click the + to add more questions.

If your Applications don't need to be individually reviewed, you may want them to be auto-approved. To do this, click the toggle next to Auto-approve this application. To preview your Application, click Preview in the top right corner and click Save as draft to save your progress. When your Application is complete, click Publish.

To make changes to a draft or published Application, click the pencil icon on the Configuration page. To archive your published Application, click the archive icon.

Managing Scholarship Applications

To manage your Fund’s Scholarship Applications, click Application on the left-hand side of your Fund page then click Submissions to view a list of the applications you’ve received. This table can be filtered by Program and/or Status.

To review a pending Application, either click on a pending application in the list or filter by Status and select Pending Review.

Choose an application to review to view the applicant’s profile and their application. After reviewing, either click Reject or Approve & finish.

After an Application has been approved, it may require Champion approval. After it has been fully approved, the Applicant will be able to begin the Program.
