Overview

In Gloo Impact, organizations play different roles in funding and running programs.

  • Sponsor Organizations create and manage Funds, which distribute financial support to programs.

  • Champion Organizations create Programs, which participants engage with.

  • Programs can be added to multiple Funds, allowing them to receive support from different sources.

This guide walks through the steps for creating Funds, setting up Programs, and adding Programs to Funds.

FAQs

Can one Program be added to multiple Funds?

Yes! Programs can be sponsored by multiple Funds. Each Fund tracks its own version of participant data for that Program.

🎧 Audio Clip: “The data that is being generated by the program gets parsed out into those individual funds at the fund level.”

Do Sponsor Orgs set Milestones for Programs?

Not usually. Milestones are created by Champion Organizations. However, Sponsor Organizations can request specific milestones when inviting a Champ Org to create a Program.
